Jams
The Tuesday Jam will be considered a "Focused Jam" - not exactly "open", but if a registrant has someone who is delicious to dance with and they'd like to invite them, please do! The Saturday and NYE jams are fully open - please bring friends! We expect these to be quite full, and we will treat them as “first come, first served”
Access to these jams are included in regular registration, but we'll ask guests to contribute on a sliding scale ($10-$15) - folks can use all the same payment info as the regular registration, and there will be QR codes, etc. at the door.
Nita’s Birthday Dinner
If you have registered for the event, you are RSVP’d for Nita’s birthday dinner, which is a catered buffet style, sit down meal on Monday, December 29th from 7pm-9pm.
It is not a required event, but space is limited. If you’d like to bring a spouse or a child, you can, by covering the cost of their meal. Please let Leighann (LNKowalsky@gmail.com) know right away if you will not join us, or if someone will join you!
What is the process for attending?
You must register and pay in full to have your spot saved. Space is limited!
Travel
All events will take place in the heart of Boulder, CO. We recommend using or sharing a vehicle. Nearest airport is Denver.
Accommodation
While we are not organizing accommodations for participants, we are working with a local liaison who will work hard to connect folks with housing options. Please use your resources such as Airbnb, VRBO and the various social media networks to seek accommodations, homestays or sublets. If you need help, please reach out to LNKowalsky@gmail.com
